Over 40 years of computer training and development skills have given Reneé the needed experience to help
individuals and small businesses to become computer comfortable. She began her training in high school with an
applied mathematics course and continued it through the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point achieving a B.S.
in Broadcasting & Communications as well as technical theatre. She continued to explore and learn about computers
with digital electronics courses at L.A. Trade Tech and software courses at New Horizons.
The next ten years saw her working in a variety of computer related fields:
* broadcasting
* computer systems manufacturing
* Kodak® copier repair
* electronic component sales
* recording studio installations
* tech suppport trainer - large format electrostatic plotter/printers
* Corporate Communications - collateral material design and desktop publishing
In the nine years she was with CalComp, a Lockheed company, she gained immense experience working with a variety
of software and hardware, teaching classes on electrostatic printer repair & maintenance as well as helping
individuals learn how to use their computers. She worked in the media and corporate communications departments
developing presentations, collateral material, streamlining the collateral material tracking systems and developing
some of the first interactive computer marketing programs to run at their trade show booth.
She started her own company in 1993 to help a friend's company to upgrade and enhance their computers. Whether
you are the technician, administrative assistant or the CEO, Reneé can adjust your computer systems and
personally train you using everyday experiences to relate the complicated technical information concerning computers
and programs.
One-on-one training methods focus on your needs and talents, helping you become an explorer and adventurer of your
own software and computer systems.
She put her first web server on-line in 1994. The current server is running Linux with a Plesk Control Panel. She
set it up first of all to host her own site and to help other small businesses to create their own web presense.
A number of her early clients are still with her.
Today she has expanded into internet marketing and promotions. She will teach you about social media, Google™
AdWords, how to write a press release to get traffic back to your site, SEO and key words & phrases.
